Mrs. Browne joined Fiscal Advisors & Marketing, Inc. in 1996 as Manager of
its newly established Western New York Office.
Since 1982, Mrs. Browne has had extensive experience in providing specialized
financial services to municipalities and school districts. She has assisted
clients with financial and debt service planning and has established investment
programs for operating and capital funds. Other areas of expertise include
preparation and submission of various Federal and State grant and loan
applications, administration of such funds, including accounting and bookkeeping
assistance.
Mrs. Browne has assisted over 200 municipalities and school districts in the
planning, coordinating and financing of over $2.5 billion for various capital
projects throughout the State of New York. An additional area of concentration
is in assisting municipalities with application filing and administration of
State Revolving Fund financing.
Mrs. Browne received an Applied Science degree from Alfred State College.
From June 1991 to June 2000, she served on the Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES Board of
Education and/or on the Victor Central School District Board of Education. She
also served three years on the Board of Trustees of the Village of Victor, New
York. Mrs. Browne is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA),
New York Conference of Mayors (NYCOM), New York Council of School
Superintendents (NYSCOSS), the New York State School Board Assocaiton (NYSSBA)
and the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO).
