Judy began her career in municipal finance in 1977. She has worked with over 250 school districts and municipalities in New York State and has overseen the successful financing of hundreds of capital projects throughout New York State. Judy has extensive experience in preparing Official Statements, conducting note and bond sales and closings, and running investment programs for operating and capital funds. A heavy concentration of work with school districts over the last decade has given her expertise with all aspects of claiming State aid on capital projects, including debt service reporting forms and final building project reports. She works closely with the Division of State Aided Programs to stay current with the dynamic changes in the rules and documentation process. Judy joined Fiscal Advisors & Marketing as the firm's State Aid Advisor in 1999.
Judy earned an Applied Science degree from Alfred State College. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Effective Public Speaking course and has acted as a graduate assistant in subsequent sessions of the course. Judy's professional associations include the New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS), the New York State Association of School Business Officials (NYSASBO) and the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA).
