Mary Jo earned an M.B.A. Degree with a concentration in Finance and a B.S. Degree in Business Management with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing, both from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Mary Jo has over ten years of experience in various aspects of financial analysis. Prior to joining Fiscal Advisors & Marketing, Inc., Mary Jo was Floor Plan Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Comptroller, at Apple Acceptance Corporation where she authorized, monitored and reviewed multi-million dollar commercial lines of credit. Before that she was a Contract Administrator at Grumman Aerospace Corporation where she was responsible for the proposal preparation, negotiation and administration of prime contracts with the United States Air Force and Navy.

Since joining Fiscal Advisors & Marketing, Inc., Mary Jo has assisted in the financing for over 100 municipalities and school districts throughout New York State. Mary Jo has varied experience in preparation of offering documents and financial analysis. Her strong background in computer utilization enhances her abilities in the electronic data promulgation, storage and update processing of municipal financial disclosure information.

Mary Jo is a Certified Independent Public Finance Advisor (CIPFA) and a member of the Long Island Village Clerks and Treasurers Association, Westchester County Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers Association, Association of School Business Officials (ASBO), the New York State Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors (NAIPFA).
